May 2025 – BYOB: Weird and Wild

Wednesday May 21, 2025 at 8pm EST A virtual book club for swoon-worthy romance novel lovers. In May, it’s BYOB (Bring Your Our Book), Weird & Wild Edition. Friends, we could all use a laugh and a little inspiration. So this month, we’re challenging you to bring us those books that made you go, “I’m sorry, what now?” or had a premise so spectacular, you just had to read it. Bonus points if it made you blush. No matter how wacky, we promise not to judge. Bring an open mind and meet us on zoom!

Whether you roll out a towel on the hot sand, or curl up in a chair in your backyard or balcony, these are the books that give you a much needed escape from reality.

Foundation for Love with Kate Cole

Tuesday, February 13th at 7:00 pm Get down and dirty with us as we chat about Under Construction, Kate Cole’s debut novel, that features strong women, dirty construction sites, and a handsome project manager who has a weakness for orange highlighters (IYKYK). We’ll nail down all the details about the book, Kate’s writing process, and what it’s like to be a woman in a male dominated field.

Modern Love – A Romance Author Event

Sunday, February 4 at 2:00 pm EST Join us as we chat about all things love and romance with popular authors Beth Reekles, Romi Moondi and Jo Watson. From fake dating, to second chance romance to love found in a coworker, these ladies have all your favourite tropes covered. We’ll get into all the nitty gritty about their books, their writing process, and what it’s like to love in modern times. Kayleigh Platz will host the discussion. Don’t worry, we’ll leave time at the end for questions from the audience.
